Description: Great pair of vintage Schnee's Event high hunting boots. As best I can determine from research: this model predates the Beartooth model and was made in Italy vice Montana. The shank reaches mid calf and is abundantly padded and insulated. Excellent vintage condition. Leather has been well cared for, and I reconditioned them with professional two step leather cleaner and conditioner. Though vintage, there is no cracking or dry rotting at all. Heavy duty metal eyelets, rubber insole and laces in great shape. Vibram soles have very modest wear. I replaced the old insole inserts with brand new gel inserts.
