There are a bunch of small specks of gray/black material, stuck on the front. Some will scrape off, but it leaves a discolored spot.There are some paint scuffs, and paint chips. He does light up when plugged in. Definitely not collector grade if that is what you are after. Sold AS IS, with some condition issues, please do not buy if that is an issue for you.
