Description: Being offered is a Rudy muck cushion, rim mouthpiece. I believe this is for a Cornet, but unfortunately, I do not know enough about this stuff to know for sure. It came along with a very beat up, dented mutilated cornet that is not even good enough for a wall hanger, but I realized that the mouthpiece may be something pretty decent so that’s why I’m assuming that it’s. I believe this is probably from the 30s or 40s or an earlier and not a generation too but again I do not know anything about this. I’m just going off of some brief research. Is marked 19 C Rudy MUCK cushion rim the stands about 3 inches tall, and from the edge of the rim to the edge of the other side of the rim, it is about one and 4/16 of an inch again that’s rough. I’m not saying that’s down to the 16th of an inch but that’s what my measurements showing has some definitely some tarnishingat the base where it enters the instrument there is a little bit of roughness. I’ll try to get a picture of that for you, but I don’t think it would affect the playability at all.
