Description: DESCRIPTION AND CONDITION Up for sale is a vintage possibly antique RO-HO garden cultivator. It was made by the Rowe Mfg. Co. It is not complete and is sold untested for parts or for rustic farmhouse décor. The wood handle/shaft need to be replaced. I have only shown them in the photos but have removed them and they are not included in the sale. See the last two photos that show what is included in the sale and will be shipped.
