Description: Vintage Delta Electric handlebar mount torpedo horn. Guessing from the 50's or 60's. I tried a D cell battery in it with no luck - may need repaired or adjustments made. Has one small area of paint loss on the side and a staining on the grill - both on the red half - no dents or dings. Approx. 5" long and 2" wide.
