Description: The clock does not work and needs repair. The metal portion of the clock has wear including paint loss and scratches. There also appears to be dirt encrusted over the painted metal in areas. There are also small areas of greenish and whitish corrosion on the metal. The glass crystal has scratches and scuff marks.
