The Rack goes over the rear 16"x 1.75" wheel on a RSW bike. Rack is from around 1966. Rack is used, shows wear, may have scratches, nicks, blemishes, possible small dents & rust, possibly could use some cleaning & detail. Rack has the spring loaded do dad that probably falls off since it fell of this one. Comes as shown.
