It is made by a company called "Pardal" which means Sparrow in Portuguese. It is in excellent condition with some minor marks on the leather areas as shown in the photos. It is a very rare bag and rare design. The pouch portion cinches closed when using it as a shoulder bag or tied around the waist. And when you uncinch it it shortens the strap. It is a very simple but beautiful design.
