The skirt is new, but it has some marks from being stored in a warehouse for a long period. The skirt was stored on a hanger in a plastic package. No rips or stains. Black suede requires more suede brush care comparing to other colours of suede. Leather has some light marks from the hangers. You can get rid of those hanger’s marks with the suede brush.
