The advertising is for a company that sold promotional pens, in Centralia, Washington. It has a Paper Mate K3 medium black ink cartridge in it. The ink is pretty dried up due to its age. I don’t think it was ever used. The box has very little wear on it. It will be mailed in a box for protection. Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.
