This ornament appears to have paper flecking throughout with pipcleaner accents, felt, small bottle brush that the snowman holds in one hand, a vintage Santa face decal on the bottom of the snowman, red bow scarf and small plastic black hat. Don't know the exact name of the flecking on this piece, but it is adorable and will make a nice addition to anyone's vintage ornament collection. Measures: approximately 5 1/4" long x 3" across measuring from one arm to the other. approximately 1.5" in depth. Condition: Vintage used snowman ornament, is in great condition for age, gently cared for. The top gold hang thread is a bit knotted up. See photos, ask questions if needed.
