Description: Lovely Vintage Oval Gilded Metal Perfume Display DRESSER TRAY, Czech Filigree Lovely Vintage Oval Gilded Metal Perfume Display DRESSER TRAY, Czech Filigree Click images to enlarge Description LOVELY VINTAGE DRESSER TRAY Lovely vintage 1930s oval mirror dresser tray measuring 17-1/3" long and 7-1/8" wide. Featuring an embossed, bow and tassel design with pierced handles, tray is Czech in origin - made of metal with a muted gilding. Condition is very nice, with no chips, cracks, hairlines, discoloration, spotting or damage to the thick mirror - the metal design decorating the edge has pulled away from the border in several places - I did not reglue this, but it stays in place and you cannot tell looking at the mirror that this is an issue (I've tried to show this in one photo). Color, as mentioned is soft and muted gold - there is some play in how the mirror seats into the frame - it will not come out unless you push it apart and tray sits flat for display - there are a few tiny scratches to the glass. I've used this for years to show off my collection of Czech glass filigree perfumes as well as miniature snuff boxes and vinaigrettes - it is the perfect way to display them or any similar special item.
