Description: Bold brushstrokes with evocative muted colors. Found in central PA, featuring a rustic farm scene. Canvas is obviously old, from looking at the brownish back. The paint is intact with a few spots of crazing which were hard to photograph. The canvas could use some restretching, the bottom left has a bit of a wave (photo #8). The front is not signed in front, but the name “Gotwald” is signed across the back. Framed in solid wood, painted, but with some chipping.
