Description: Here is a super nice, new old stock, vintage Wayne locking gas cap that was manufactured in the U.S.A back in 1957. I say it was manufactured in 1957 because that is the only year listed on the box, although it fits some newer models. The exterior of the cap stainless steel. Keys are aluminum. The keyhole cover is chromed steel. The box describes it as being for cars with a 1 3/8" diameter filler neck. Gasket is still nice and pliable. Keys work properly. Really great unused condition. There are some minor scratches in the stainless that I can see at certain angles and minor manufacturing flaws. No dents or major damage.
