Description: Being offered is a vintage Navajo Indian rug, weaving, or textile. The rug has a feather pattern design with geometric forms. The rug comes with its original label which describes the rug, calling it a Kayenta rug, circa 1950's, and the pattern is Klagetoh in scope. The rug does show typical age related wearing. There are small areas of soiling and spots probably due to dust smearing, but some of the spots also look like color variations in the yarn. Overall, the rug is in nice shape with no frays, damage, or loosening, the weave remains tight throughout the ug.
