I am not an expert on figurines but try my best at doing the research. We received this very pretty vintage figurine of a woman carrying a bouquet of roses as a generous donation to raise funds to help take care of the dogs and cats at the shelter until we find their “forever” home. All proceeds go directly to the Humane Society. The figurine is in very good condition. There is gold paint trim and bits of sugar glass on the front of her dress. I believe that the figurine was made by Napco because it is similar to other figurines I found. I examined the roses with a magnifying glass and found a very tiny chip on the edge of the pink rose. It is not noticeable with the naked eye. See photo for measurements. The photos will show you more than I can write.
