Description: Vintage Mimi Di N Belt Buckle Set 1975 Gold Cheetah Leopard Cat Heads READ ALL This fabulous Mimi Di N gold plated metal cheetah or leopard head buckle set will make a wonderful addition to your retro vintage wardrobe. The set is the creation of Maria V. Niscemi Romanoff (Mimi Di N) and features 2 facing cat heads in intricately detailed cast metal with an eye catching bright gold tone metal finish. Each buckle head is marked 1975 on the back in addition to having the brand's logo mark. Please note that the buckles are a typical gold tone for the brand and photos may make them more yellow/lighter than they are in person depending upon your device screen calibration. They do have wear including plating loss, dents, dings, patina, tarnish, silver tone base metal showing through and overall wear from age so please read complete details below and review photos closely for condition. Thank you and enjoy! ITEM DETAILS: Approximate weight is 4 ozs totalMeasures approximately .75" x 2.25" x 4" overall/total when combined/clasped together. The opening of the wire metal belt loops measure approximately 5/16" tall x 1-1/4" wide with an approximately 5/16" gap/space between the two loops on each buckle.Condition: In vintage pre-owned used condition with wear including patina, tarnish, worn down gold tone surface plating on the edges/corners and raised details, plating loss & darkening where the two buckles touch when joined together due to rubbing/friction, tarnish on the back side where the belt loops are attached, spots of tarnish/patina, wear on the tips of the ears/noses/muzzles/mouths, plating loss on the clasp components, fine abrasions all over the gold tone metal surface, scratches, scuffing, pitting, dents, dings, discoloring, dulling, chipping on the gold tone plating and overall wear from age and handling.
