There are no rips or tears in any of the fabric. There is one tiny hole, and one worn spot, near the collar snap. Part of the collar snap is loose. There are some raw edges showing on each side of the front opening near the line bottom of the lining. I don't know if these are intended to be there, or if this is damaged. They don't show on the outside. Please inspect pictures carefully. The coat fits like a true medium. Please check measurements below carefully, as I do not accept returns. Thank you.
