Description: This beautiful necklace was purchased directly from MICHAEL HORSE in the 1970s at a Southern California exhibit. It has been gently cared for by our family and is in excellent vintage condition. The pendant is oval in shape, measuring approximately 4" in length and 2-1/2" in width. It features a kachina and is embellished with 8 lovely turquoise stones. This piece of art is signed by MICHAEL HORSE on the back. Please view photos. MICHAEL HORSE of Yaqui, Apache, Zuni, European and Hispanic descent, was born in a place he calls "near Tucson". He comes from an artistically talented family of jewelers, potters and painters. As a young boy, he grew up in a culturally rich environment and was taught how important art is to the wellbeing of the human spirit. Michael is a jeweler, actor, stunt man, sculptor, and painter.
