Description: My research has not been very fruitful, but this piece has a wonderful and intriguing look. It appears to be a clown with a very thick enamel black paint finish on a heavy white metal. Since there is felt present, I assume that is the base and the figure is on his back. However, reversed it would be the figure on his feet with the felt on the top. It could be a fleur-de-lis wax stamp. where it would be placed on a desk on the felt side. The fleur-de-lis stamp piece appears to be made of brass. It measures 2 1/2" tall and is quite heavy at 5.5 ounces.
