Description: Here we have a nice-looking vintage men's Timex U.S. Time Marlin silver tone mechanical watch from the 1950s. This watch would make a great candidate for restoration or for parts. The watch was most likely one of the earliest to bear the Timex name formally. This watch features a good-quality U.S.-made mechanical movement, a polished stainless case, and a BMC stretch band. The watch is not currently running and will need servicing. The movement is wound tight but ticks a little when shaken. The case and crystal show some light scuffs and scratches but are relatively clean. There is some slight corrosion on the case back. The band is missing a link. Please see all the pictures to determine the condition. Overall, this watch would make a great addition to your collection. This item is being sold as is and as found. Thank you!
