Description: Offered here, a vintage clicker that features a woodpecker that pecks a tree when clicked. This measures 4" x 2 3/4". This is reminiscent of the 1950s Made in Japan mechanical clicker in which two birds alternate feeding chicks in a nest. The woodpecker though was made in the US, or that at least is the reasonable inference from the bottom marking "Mirckhof Newark N". There might be more marking on the bottom but I can't decipher it.
