Vintage MCM Orig. Framed Matador And Bull Black Velvet Lujan Painting 28.5 x 39

Description: Very cool original Matador painting on velvet c. probably 1960s/1970s signed "Lujan". Painting is framed in a very large carved wood frame marked "Made in Mexico". Measurements are 28" x 39" Tall. Please note: I made 2 repairs to the velvet by adding 2 pieces of felt to seal 2 cracks that were in the velvet which is brittle from age and does require care when handling and hanging. Also, note, the hanging wire was cut when found and I did not replace because I don't want to risk it damaging the velvet more in shipping possibly scraping across the back. So this will be left to the buyer which will give you the option of how you prefer to hang it. The repairs would be hard to discern under regular viewing conditions, but see the close ups, they appear as fine lines or cracks in the painting. The frame shows a normal amount of scratches, dings and wear from age and use. Overall it displays well and will be sure to make an impact in any MCM decorated room! You may consider something a problem that I have not even considered as a defect.
