The printing, graphics, and colors are vivid. The striker has been struck, the cover has been stapled and folded. The hotel was built as the Fraternity Clubs Building in 1923, it became the Midston House in the 1930s, the Hotel Lancaster in the 1960s, then Madison Towers, and then the Jolly Madison Towers.
