Description: Up for sale is this vintage Marantz 510 2-channel power amplifier, making 256watts x 2 of power. This appears to be a similar power supply and amplifier section as the Legendary Marantz 2500 stereo receiver. I purchased this amp a few years back from a gentleman that pulled this out of an old system in a church. This amp does function but it has been converted to 1/4” phono jacks for the inputs and the speaker connection block is loose. This appears to have had a tough life with a replacement power cord, missing faceplate/knobs and a mixture of screws. My plan was to restore this amp but I have struggled with locating a faceplate or even getting one made, so the project has been on hold. This would be an excellent candidate for restoration or possibly as a donor for a 2500 receiver. This unit is very heavy and will be packed accordingly. Thanks for looking & happy bidding.
