Description: A baffling pair. Under the red is a shiny factory finish BUT red looks like a factory finish. We NEVER painted these. So did a factory employee decide to paint these in house??? And bc of the factory white underneath, the red is peeling. We've talked about these and can't understand how they ended up this way. We've traced it back to the 70s. It's just bizarre. Maybe you want to remove the red and repaint or leave them white??? It's a real mystery. Check out the photos.
