Description: Vintage Lionel Train Set W/Locomotive, Cars, Transformer & Track. Set includes 2025 "0" Guage locomotive, 2466wx coal car, 2465 tank car, 2452x flat car and 2257 caboose. Also includes type s 80 watt transformer, 2 rail clips, 32 straight track, 16 curves, 2 #042 1-1/4 Guage hand operated switch track, 1 uncouple/unload switch that needs to be rewired. Looks like the caboose and the tanker have been painted at some time. Locomotive was tested and does work, I was able to make it go forward and reverse. I would have to turn power on and off at times to make it go. Light on locomotive did not come on but smoke does work. Pictured transformer was used for the test, I was unable to make it regulate speed. I don't know about the whistle function and I am not 100% sure if the reverse button is how I made it go backwards.
