Description: Complete parts from an antique Leman long rifle. 8 parts - Barrel, Lock, trigger assembly, trigger guard, butt plate, 3 ramrod pipes.The barrel is 37.5", .52 caliber smooth bore, the octagonal barrel is swamped: 1" at breech, 7/8" midway and almost 1" muzzle. 3 keys, typical Lancaster rear site, and brass forward site. No marks, but typical of Leman barrels. The one screw percussion lock is marked: "Leman, Lancaster, Pa", lock is working, trigger and trigger plate matches the lock. Brass trigger guard fits. The butt plate is 3 7/8" high, 1 3/8" wide. The 3 brass ramrod pipes fit a 3/8' ramrod, the first pipe is engraved "DM" (hard to figure initials) The only part missing is a muzzle cap. You make the stock, and you have a complete vintage rifle These genuine parts were removed from a damaged stock of a Leman full-stock Kentucky-style rifle.
