We would call the manual good rather than excellent because it has a number of folds/wrinkles but no tears. All 100% of the required pieces are present with no substitutions for color, etc. This pieces are in excellent condition: clean, bright & glossy. There are 13 photos attached so you can judge for yourself just how nice this set is.
