Amazing graphics and insanely bright colors! An awesome piece of racing and automobile vintage! They don’t make shirts like this anymore! Nice fading and cracking! Super soft and worn in to perfection! NO DRY ROT! No major flaws whatsoever (no holes, no rips, no tears). Shirt has such a great look and feel. Nice wear throughout with nice fading and cracking. On the back of the shirt, there are a ton of Lap Sponsors along with the following Corporate Sponsors: Pepsi, Budweiser, BRS Circle Track, Ron’s House of Trophies, Kosinski Auto Parts, Racemart, Boubin Tire, Turbo Blue, TCI Cablevision, Pallister Pallet Inc., Midstates Racing News, Harbinson Livestock, NARI. There is also a list of some winners the previous years like Steve Kosiski, Ray Guss Jr., and Gary Webb. This is a true vintage racing tee from 1995. This is not a reprint or replica. This is 100% true and authentic vintage. There is an artist mark on the front which reads Richards 95. Color is white (nice fading throughout). Fruit of the Loom Best Tag. 50% cotton, 50% Polyester Tagged size XL. Please see the following measurements for reference. It measures approximately 21 3/4 by 27 1/2 inches. Please be advised of size and approximate measurements. Single stitch sleeves and single stitched hem. This could be a unisex shirt and worn by either Men or Women but this is a men’s size XL. Obviously this is used and does have wear throughout but the shirt still has lots of life left to it and is in great condition. Again…NO DRY ROT! Average “wear and tear” throughout as expected from age and use. No major holes or rips or tears. Nice fading and light cracking to the graphics which give it such a great look. There are a few minor flaws as outlined here: On the back of the shirt, right below the shoulder, there is a super small and yellow black mark / spot. Please see pictures for reference. I wouldn’t consider this major at all since this really blends in and is hardly noticeable. There is light fading to parts of the shirt as expected from age and use. Please see pictures for reference. There is some minor wrinkling / creasing from age and use. Please see picture for reference. Heavier fading around collar, back collar and shoulder seams from age and wear. Please see picture for reference. Overall vintage condition is still pretty great, even with the minor flaws. This shirt has so much character and is worn in to perfection! I don’t consider any of the flaws to be major since they do not jeopardize the integrity of the shirt. The World 100 is a 100-lap dirt late model racing event held every year since 1971 at the 1/2 mile Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. it is considered by many race fans to be the most prestigious dirt late model event in the United States. The event is held on the weekend following Labor Day in mid September. In 1971 the winner received $3,000, and each year since then, the winner's purse has been raised by $1,000 (except in 2020, when it was changed to comply with modified format regulations). The 2023 edition has a winner's prize of $56,000. In addition, the winning driver and owner earn a pair of coveted globed trophies. Dirt track racing is the single most common form of auto racing in the United States. According to the National Speedway Directory there are over 700 dirt oval tracks in operation in the United States.[citation needed] The composition of the dirt on tracks has an effect on the amount of grip available. On many tracks people will find clay is used with a specific mixture of dirt. Tracks are sometimes banked in the turns and on the straights. This banking is utilized primarily to allow vehicles to carry more speed through the corners. However, some tracks prefer less banked turns. Each track surface will most often be different in one way or another. These tracks are commonly around 1/2 mile in distance, and races consist of only left turns. IMCA car classes include: Modified, Stock Car, Hobby Stock, Northern SportMod, Southern SportMod, Sport Compact, Late Model and Sprint. New classes are added every so often and each class has specific rules and regulations regarding the build of the body and engine.
