The item is an original oil painting painted on canvas laid down on a Masonite type wood board panel (see photos). The painting is framed in a simple metal picture frame. The painting depicts what looks to be a Russian cityscape landscape with architecture, buildings, a church, a bride with other structures. The painting is signed in what looks to be Cyrillic Russian writing by the artist, which translates to: YABLOKOV (see photos). The item is from an estate liquidation. The painting measures in total framed about 31+ inches high, and it is about 31+ inches wide. The painting portion without the picture frame measures about 31 inches high, and it is about 31 inches wide. The picture frame has some scuffs and some wear. The painting has a stain on the back of the Masonite type board, with some obvious paint crazing, some paint losses and some wear (see photos and / or written description for the condition of this item).
