Description: This collectible talcum powder tin is in overall very nice vintage condition and displays very well. The gold colored shaker top has some discolorations and the push bar does still work, but is a bit stiff. The back of the tin has a few blue discolorations and the top has some scratching, as seen in pictures 5 and 7. Tin stands approximately 4-3/4" in height, including the top. We are unsure how much product is still inside of the tin. But considering that there is supposed to be 3.70 oz of powder in the tin, and it currently weighs 5.9 oz, we think it's still pretty full (see picture 15). It has a paper Christmas holiday wraparound, featuring stars and the word NOEL. The wraparound is in pretty good condition, and has some foxing discolorations on the back (see picture 14) The original tape used to hold the wrap on the tin is dirty. We left this intact for the buyer to decide whether to remove it or not. This is sold as a collectible boudoir display item only. Fragrance may have changed over time, no guarantees.
