The skirt is made from a weighty ivory material that is accented with red, black & metallic gold, The black pieces on skirt seem to be a velvet material. Dress is also accented with an ornate gold paisley trim The dress has pockets, is Maxi length and closes with a Back Zipper. The belt attaches together in the back with a metal hook & thread loops. Tag states 'Made in Hong Kong, British Crown Colony', Made in the 60s ??? Condition: Vintage Pre-Owned. HOLE in Red layer on back (see picture). Holes measures approximately 1/4" x 1/8".
