Description: This listing is for a vintage Kelly Hand Made axe, on 30” American Hickory. This axe was restored and built in San Francisco, California at Stunner Blades Customs. This Kelly Works axe head was cleaned with natural patina left. The stamp was filled with gold tint enamel. One bit was reground and sharpened/polished convex. The other bit was polished glass smooth and blunt, as the bit was chipped long ago. The eye is clean and no cracks were located. The 30” helve was carved from American Hickory and wedged with Yellow Poplar flush cut. Although one bit of this axe was left with its old natural character, one bit was made very sharp. This axe is in working order and may be used as a normal working axe, if desired. This axe will be securely packaged and promptly shipped to the winner. Free shipping in the USA via UPS.
