Description: Vintage KEEN KUTTER 7.5" Dressmakers Scissors, Made In The U.S.A. Metal has scratches, and marks, from normal use. On one of the blades there is a #23. They definitely, need a proper sharpening. I believe these scissors were manufactured in the late 50's, but not 100% on that. Vintage KEEN KUTTER Scissors are in decent used condition.
