Wore to an event and then stored it. No breaks or repairs. When needed (due to when it is stored) it may need to be put on a form for a bit so it can relax the mesh. It can also be placed in warm water for a few minutes, lightly pat dry, and while still warm put on a form to help relax it. It wears nicely however as is. Black outer flexible mesh with pretty soft green colored crystals inside. End caps are sterling as well as the lobster clasp (marked 925) and the extender chain. No makers mark that I could find. Clasp works perfectly and holds securely. Measures approximately 18” long with an additional 2” extender making the total length 20” long. It is approximately 5/16” wide (or 8mm).
