It's opaque and should have a camisole or tank top worn under it. It is 100% polyester, It is made in India, easy care machine wash cold tumble dry low or you can dry clean it for best results. It measures 22" across laid flat (tied front and back) and 28" from the shoulder to the bottom. This blouse was worn once for a special occasion and is in excellent condition.
