Description: Offered here is a vintage tin toy bus with rear wheel friction drive. The friction drive still works, but is getting a little weak. Both sides are marked, "GREYHOUND...SCENICRUISER." In small print, it is marked, "NO. 49 - MADE IN JAPAN." It does not have a date, but I think this was made around the 1960's - give or take. The bus measures just under 13 & 1/2 inches long. It is 3 & 3/8 inches wide. The condition is VERY GOOD. All four tin hubs are still present. The paint is mostly clean and bright. It does have some small paint nicks, scratches, and a few small rust specks here & there. Nothing too serious. It displays very nicely, and is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
