Description: Love, love, love this dress! It is so 70's with the different checked patterns from the waist down and the various sizes of ric-rac. I haven't seen this type of dress in a long time. The belt is bigger than the loops on the dress. The belt might have fit at one time but I did not force the belt in. The belt will need some work as some places are beginning to separate from the back. An expert might be able to fix. the sleeveless bodice with the mock turtleneck adds to the design.
