This is a smoke free home and we have no pets. If something weighs more than 15 ounces I usually put calculated so that the S&H will only cost to where you live. I live on the EAST Coast so if you live close it is a lot cheaper than if you live on the West Coast. I think that is the only fair way to charge S&H. I pack very carefully and usually ship out items within 3 days of receiving confirmation of payment. If you buy more than one of the items I have on auction, I can combine them and lower S&H costs so please check out my other items but let me know before you pay so I can adjust the S&H cost.. If you forget I can just refund the extra postage thru Paypal I am very trustworthy and quick to ship after I have received notice of payment from PayPal.
