Description: Vintage INGAP FERRARI 2.5 L Testa Rossa Plastic/tinplate Friction Toy Racing Car Very rare model. The body is grey plastic, painted (possibly embellishing things here) gold (well Italians aren’t known for painting Ferrari’s beige are they?). It’s all intact with some paint rubs There’s a pressed steel base, painted silver, with tabs to hold it in place. The INGAP stamper wasn’t at full whack the day they made this so it’s taken even longer to identify. There’s a friction motor attached to the base plate. The cogs are plastic, but all the teeth are there and it works. The axle has rusted so the drive cog slips. The only tyre on it was found sandwiched between the body and base - and, judging by the almost mint condition of it, probably happened in the factory. If you can find 3 more tyres, you’ve got a complete and very unique model. Combined shipping is available for all items and they will be packed securely.
