Description: We admit this is not our forte but, we found on some of the Gun group sites that state the " 67 " is the model number stamped on the back could indicate it is for a " Smith & Wesson Revolver ". The 800 would indicate a holster with a safety strap. The strap on this one has a thumb break. The inside from the muzzle end to the top of the shell on the front side is 3 5/8 inches tall. Also the area that would support the trigger guard to the front interior is 2 3/8 inches wide. This was measured just above the trigger guard opening to the inside of the front facing side. Please ask questions and study the photos prior to purchase. We will be happy to provide other measurements to help insure this holster fits your need. The inside has some wear that appears to show it carried a revolver. The backplate of the holster is embossed " HUNTER 67-800-N1 ". It is not perfect but appears to be functional with a snap that still fastens. The previous owner said he carried a snub nosed S & W in it. It should weigh 8-12 ounces with sturdy box and packing materials. This is the holster only for sale it does not have the original box or packaging. We found on various sites that the " 67 " is a Hunter number indicating it fits a S& W revolver and the " 800 " is the Hunter model number while the " N1 " would be for a Level 1 retention holster but, this one has a thumb break strap on top which should be a level 2 from what we have read.
