Description: Rare Vintage Hot Howard Snack Dish Serving Dish with elf bending down as handle. White ceramic piece with green & red holly pattern. Marked on the bottom & has sticker, too - made in 1960. In vintage condition. Two chips on white of one round part of the dish, paint loss on the little elf that is the handle.
