Description: Vintage HERMAN MILLER/ALEXANDER GIRARD Leather Sample Best Aught 217 Ochre Light. Measures 3.5” x 2.25” This leather sample came from a house that was decorated in 1967. The owner was very serious about her decorating and had ruched fabric on ceilings, bold wallpaper and interesting accent pieces. Her Herman Miller pieces were no longer in the home, but I’m sure they were fab. This little sample is a piece of MCM furniture history. I’ve got more colors - tan, black and green, plus some Knoll.
