Description: VINTAGE HEAVY DUTY VOLRATH STAINLESS STEEL 12 inch Hinged Lid. We have 2 of these lids available. These are the heavy duty Volrath lids of days gone by. These were used in a cafe in the '80's. Built to last, these lids are in excellent vintage shape. Hinged in the middle to reduce heat loss when serving; you only open half the lid. Notch for ladle handle. Clips on the inside to keep the lid on the pot. Black cool to the touch knob. These are for large bain marie's. 12 inches across.
