Description: The Heathkit Heath GC-1000 Most Accurate Clock is from 1983 and receives time broadcasts on the WWV or WWVH stations operated by the US Government. These stations are received at 5MHz, 10MHz, or 15MHz. The clock works great. All lights and number segments work. The speaker works, so you can turn it on and listen to the time broadcast station or leave it off. UTC and military time settings work. After the clock self-programs, you can remove the antenna, and it will continue to keep time. Great functioning clock. There is one missing rubber pad on the bottom. The top cover has several cracks and a spot that has been glued before. See photos for condition. No antenna included. I will include a wall plug AC to 12-volt DC adapter. The new power adapters just operate a lot cooler compared to the old transformers. The internal transformer does work just fine. Please contact me first, if you have any questions or concerns.
