Description: Vintage Hanna Barbera Animated Production Cell and Drawing 11 M23. Pre-owned, the Cel is In Good condition with great color. The production drawing has some minor discoloration on the paper due to age as documented in the photos. This set is numbered 11M23 and was manufactured sometime in the 1980’s-1990’s. After researching I still am unsure which series it’s from. This production Cel and production drawing measures approximately 10.5” x 6.5” and was cut down to this size (I assume by) the production company.
