Description: This is a vintage tin container that held Handy Roll Target Pasters No. 400 being 480 Inches Manufactured for Wisler Western Targets of San Francisco, Calif. The US Patent number is 1408499. The price when sold was 25 cents. It is manufactured by Handy Roll Company of Garland, Calf. The same wording is on both sides. The container is the type you would slide your fingers on the side to bring the target paster out. When I do that nothing comes out so I would guess that it is empty.
