Description: This is a unbelievable addition to anyone’s Clown Doll Collection. This was my mothers Clown when she was little; made sometime in the 1940’s. It is beautifully made and designed. It is still in amazing condition; no chips, cracks or breaks anywhere. Even the fabric used for the clown suit is still in excellent condition. No rips, stains or odors. Color is still bright and bold; no fading. The head is made of some thin type of plastic, maybe. It’s so hard for me to tell. The face is wonderfully painted. The clothes are a very soft fabric, like a velvet type. The shoes are sold wood. Again, this is an adorable clown doll and would make a perfect gift.
