Description: Neat old original Halloween decor. The one axel bracket is cracked and missing. Both wheels are there but the one doesn't stay affixed to the bracket. One wheel looks like it cracked in half but was glued. The right hand is broken that would have held the pumpkin. I assume this was dropped over the years hence the damage. Take a look at the pics. Otherwise a nice vintage piece with the condition being standard for its age. It might be missing the jack in lantern with it. Made of plastic.. old item and is fragile.
